The basis for 20% is transparent
Commission is 20% of the company’s actual net receipts after VAT and payment processing fees. The following ULTRA plan calculations are estimates; actual receipts vary by payment method and exchange rate. Settlement uses the payment provider’s actual figures.

Referral rewards accrue again each month or year while the member keeps paying, with no time limit. Annual commissions are confirmed in 12 monthly installments.
Payout rules
- A 30-day holdback applies without a refund; annual commissions are confirmed in 12 installments.
- Request a bank transfer once confirmed referral rewards reach KRW 10,000.
- UUP pays the bank transfer fee.
- For individuals under the Korean tax system, 3.3% business-income withholding applies. Gross commission and withholding are shown separately; personal income-tax settlement remains applicable.
- Refunds after confirmation are deducted from the balance.
- Disputes can be raised within 90 days; supporting evidence is retained.
Amounts and payouts are in Korean won (KRW). An English interface does not provide overseas payout or tax support; the current program uses Korean banking and tax requirements.

What if someone signs up later?
Attribution uses the referral visit record. See Article 4 of the partner terms for the applicable conditions.
