No — you are not charged automatically when the trial ends. Because the trial starts without registering a card, if you do not pay separately within the trial period (14 days by default, extended when a promotion code applies), your account converts to the FREE plan automatically. At that point the connected Instagram automations stop, and connected accounts stay in place with sending and collection paused. Your data is kept for 90 days, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.

For BASIC and DM Pro fees, Paddle calculates and shows the local currency and estimated tax based on the location of the visitor (or payer) at the time of payment. UUP does not recalculate that amount on its own. The amounts shown on the pricing page are estimates; the final amount is the one shown on the checkout screen. If we cannot load prices, we do not show ₩0 or an old amount — we show a "We couldn't load prices" message with a retry button.

The checkout screen (Paddle Checkout) shows only the payment methods actually available for your country, device and currency. We do not pin down specific methods such as cards, Kakao Pay or Naver Pay in advance — you can simply use whichever methods Paddle offers at the time of payment.

• Upgrading from BASIC to DM Pro: we first show you the tax-inclusive difference and your next billing date, and once you confirm, the difference is charged immediately on a prorated basis so you can use DM Pro features right away.
• Downgrading from DM Pro to BASIC: you keep DM Pro features until the current billing period ends, and the BASIC fee applies from the next billing cycle.
• Note that plan changes may be restricted while a payment is in arrears (past_due) or within 30 minutes of the next payment; in that case we will guide you to change your payment method or tell you when it can next be processed.

Cancellation of a subscription applies by default from the point the current billing period ends. Even after you request cancellation, you can keep using the features of your current plan for the rest of the period. For cases where immediate cancellation is needed, such as a statutory withdrawal of subscription, please see the cancellation and refund policy.

Yes — we accept refund requests. We handle requests that meet the requirements for a statutory withdrawal of subscription separately from discretionary refund requests; you can find the detailed procedure, handling times and status descriptions in the Cancellation, Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund Policy. Because refunds go through Paddle's approval process we cannot guarantee "immediate completion of the refund", but once a request is confirmed as a valid withdrawal of subscription we request the refund within 3 business days and keep you informed of the progress.

Payments for UUP's paid service are processed through a payment provider called Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record (MoR) that actually sells the product to you and handles payment, tax calculation and invoicing, while UUP is responsible for providing the service features, account management and customer support. That is why your card statement or receipt may show Paddle, or the name of a Paddle entity, rather than UUP. We route payment and refund inquiries to Paddle's channels, and service inquiries to UUP /support.

Downgrading your plan or moving from paid to FREE does not delete your data immediately. Automations and connected accounts that exceed the limits after a downgrade are paused but kept for 90 days, and if you subscribe again within that time you can carry on exactly where you were. When moving from paid to FREE, pages and products over the limit are not deleted; until you choose which page to make public, only the one existing public page is kept.
