Threads, TikTok, X, and Facebook added to Contact & social
The Contact & social icons on your page profile now include Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Until now you had to add these channels as "Other link," so the public page showed only a generic link icon. Now each one appears with its own recognizable icon.
What it does
- Four new types: Pick Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), or Facebook directly from the type list.
- Shown with channel icons: Visitors can tell which channel a link opens just by looking at the icon.
- Click stats by channel: Contact & social clicks on the editor's Stats tab count the new types separately.
How to use it
- Go to Dashboard > Pages, open your page, and switch to the Profile tab.
- Under Contact & social, pick Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), or Facebook in Type.
- Enter your account address (e.g. https://www.threads.com/@username) and click Add.
- In Where to show them, choose the top of the page, below the profile, above products, or the bottom of the page.
Good to know
- Addresses must start with http:// or https://.
- You can register up to 10 Contact & social links per page.
- Links you already added as "Other link" don't change on their own. Delete them with the trash icon and add them again with the new type.
