Extra storage — add space in 100GB units
If the storage included in your plan isn't enough, you can now add space in 100GB units. It costs the same as an extra account slot, and you can add or remove it right from the Billing screen. Images and videos both live in this space, so it's especially useful if you publish a lot of video through scheduled posts.
What it does
- Add in 100GB units: each unit adds 100GB to your plan's included storage. You can add several at once, up to 20 units (2TB).
- Same price as an extra account slot: ₩3,900 per 100GB per month (₩37,400 per year on annual billing). When you add units, you're charged only for the time left until your next payment date; after that it's billed together with your plan on the same day.
- Remove it too: storage you no longer need can be removed, and the unused time is refunded to your original payment method.
How to use it
- Open Dashboard > Plans & billing.
- On the Extra storage card, press Add storage and pick how many units. Review the amount, then pay — the space is available right away.
- To remove, press Remove storage on the same card, check the refund amount, and continue.
Good to know
- Extra storage is available while you're on a paid subscription (BASIC, DM Pro, Upload Pro, or Ultra).
- Removing storage never deletes files you've already uploaded. Only new uploads are limited while you're over the remaining limit.
- If a plan refund ends your subscription, extra storage payments are settled and refunded together. You don't need to remove it first.
- If the Billing screen says it isn't available yet, sales are still being set up. It's opening soon.
